We want to set up CBORG to VSCode in order to vibe-code without limits.
General instructions are here: https://cborg.lbl.gov/api_examples/. Here we provide a step-by-step visual guide.
Zoo Code has replace Roo Code (which was previously used: https://cborg.lbl.gov/tools_roo/)
Click on the four squares on the left bar and search for Zoo code
With Zoo code installed, you should see a new icon on the laft bar (a zebra).
Click and it will ask you some informations
Choose LiteLLM as router
Set this URL as LiteLLM Base URL
Request an API key here:
https://cborg.lbl.gov/api_request/
And enter it
You need to be on the lab network or under VPN
Refresh the models.
Search for lbl/cborg-coder (it comes for free, no token cost). You can also use another model, and yu are limited to $50/m of otken, up to $500 if you provide a PID
Save and exit the settings (left arrow on top)
You can pick several modes (architect, code, questions)
